Nutritious Cookies

Ideas for Valentine’s Day? Write down that little recipe that can be an appetizer! It yielded + - 20 cookies, you can freeze a part and it is super nutritious (each cookie has almost 4gr of protein ♥ ️):

👩🏻‍🍳Ingredients:
2 1/2 cup broccoli passed through the processor;
1 cup also processed onion;
1 cup grated Swiss cheese;
1/2 cup coconut flour;
1 col paprika soup;
1 col garlic powder tea;
1/2 with salt tea;
3 eggs;
1 drizzle of olive oil.

👩🏻‍🍳 Preparation:
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients well, shape the dumplings to bake or in the air fryer (simple as that!).
Option 1: Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for + -20min or until golden brown.
Option 2: Bake in the air fryer at 165 degrees for + - 15 min or until golden brown.
