Chocolate Mini Tarts

Chocolate mini tarts! Save one more idea for Valentine’s Day! How about this dessert? 🥰

Yield: 6 servings

👩🏻‍🍳Ingredients - pasta:
100gr almond flour
40gr coconut flour
100gr butter
50gr cream cheese
1 egg
1 pinch of salt

👩🏻‍🍳Preparation - pasta:
Preheat the oven to 180C. Mix all ingredients homogeneously, divide into 6 portions and model in the molds. Prick with a fork to keep from growing and bake for about 15 minutes (remove from oven still white). Reserve.

👩🏻‍🍳Ingredients - filling:
1xíc fresh cream
1/2 cup dark chocolate (the highest cocoa content you can find)
1/3 cup erythritol
1 col vanilla extract tea

👩🏻‍🍳Preparing - filling:
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, and microwave for 1 minute or until the chocolate has melted. TIP: try and adjust the candy to your taste right now.

Assembly:
Arrange the filling in the molds with the pre-baked dough. Bake for another 20 minutes or until the edges of the dough are golden brown. Serve cold and enjoy! I decorated mine with blueberries and hibiscus petals!
